A surprising room upgrade
The Queen Room was unexpectedly spacious and clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the charming decor and welcoming staff at check-in, making my stay a bit brighter.
However, I noticed some noisy plumbing in the middle of the night, which disrupted my sleep. It was unfortunate since the overall experience was quite enjoyable otherwise.

100% recommend for a brief pit stop
Clean room, friendly staff, the room had a nice flat-screen TV to enjoy and the location was conveniently close to the bridge and various shops and restaurants, making it ideal for exploring the area.
Customer service was less than polite.

I had a nice stay here, enjoying the clean room and the cozy bed. The pool was refreshing and the hot tub was relaxing after a long day. However, the air conditioning didn’t get quite as cool as I'd hoped, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience. 😊

We explored the London Bridge and enjoyed the nearby beaches. The room was spacious and came with a fridge and microwave, perfect for our snacks. Great location and friendly service made our trip enjoyable!
The owners had a bit of a poker face and didn't seem too friendly during check-in and check-out, which was a little off-putting.

Clean beds provided a decent night’s sleep, but the rude front desk staff and unexpected fees were frustrating. Issues included a lack of amenities like a fridge and a deposit requirement that wasn’t communicated upfront. The location is convenient, but I might not return.

We visited the London Bridge during our stay, and it was beautiful to see the sunset reflecting off the water. The location was perfect for our family, making it easy to explore the area, especially with my son joining us.
In my wife's opinion, a play area for kids would enhance the stay.

Solo traveler looking for clean stay
The room was clean and had a comfortable bed which is rare to find in these places and the staff was friendly enough to help me figure out where to park my truck and trailer without any hassle
It wasn’t expensive but still felt a bit overpriced for what I got

Great Stay with Beautiful Surroundings!
Had a wonderful night with stunning lake views right from the path outside. The recent updates to the rooms definitely enhance the experience. Be sure to check out the nearby dog park if you’re traveling with pets. For great eats, many eateries are just a short walk away!

missingWrote a review on Jul 01clean roomconvenient locationnoisy environment
Cleanliness stood out during my stay, especially in the bathroom where the walls and ceiling were spotless. This location's proximity to the London Bridge made it convenient for a leisurely stroll to shops and eateries.
Experiencing a lengthy check-in process soured the arrival. The initial room assignment ended poorly, as it turned out they had no official record of my reservation, resulting in a swift relocation to a noisy area filled with pets. Given the thin walls, I could hear every bark and whimper from the neighboring dogs, which made for a restless night. Additionally, the overall furnishing felt dated, and the bed springs were less than comfy, leading to a disappointing sleep after a long journey. These factors really made it a struggle to enjoy what could have been a pleasant stay.
